Services Not Eligible for Refunds

  2. Credits Already Used: If you have consumed AI generation credits or used AI features, refunds for those consumed services will not be provided.

  4. Violation of Terms: If your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.

  5. Third-Party Services: Refunds for third-party services integrated with Pixverse R1 must be requested directly from those providers.

  • Subscription Services: For the first billing cycle, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase. Subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund
